Everything was awesome. The food, prompt services & ambience was excellent. Special thanks goes to Paolo, Murphy & Sakura. I was so impressed with Paolo, when my hubby dropped his napkin on the floor, he quickly replaced it with a new one. My hubby did not realise he dropped his napkin. Everything was top notch & our rating is 10/10. Thanks.

My mom and I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly attentive and caring. Mom always requested hot fresh ginger tea, and the staff was accommodating by not making the water too hot or cold. The food was exquisitely prepared, with meticulous attention to detail in each dish. We left the evening feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed. Special mention to Jennie for her exceptional service throughout the evening. We left the night feeling warm and cozy!

What an unforgettable and wonderful experience at Cherry Garden By Chef Fei. The food was amazing and absolutely delish, and the service was truly first-class. Every part of the experience stood out — the team was genuine, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely taken care of. A special highlight was the introduction of the sous chef, which added such a personal touch. From the ambience to the service to the flavours… everything was truly chef’s kiss.

The Signature Dish "Lolly Pop" prawns with mayonnaise sauce is outstanding and the presentation truly memorable. The dish comes with 6 prawns but 4 disappeared before I could take a photo! Other incredible dishes we had were Golden crispy fish skin with salted egg yolk, Deep-fried five-spice silver cod, Marinated celtuce with pickled chill and Cantonese BBQ Roasted Duck. Thank you Chef Fei for a wonderful dining experience.

“Cherry Garden by Chef Fei” . 樱桃园 · Mandarin Oriental · Birthday Dinner Treat A heartfelt thank you to 大伯 for this unforgettable birthday dinner! This was hands-down one of the most spectacular, indulgent, and memorable feasts we’ve ever enjoyed. Every dish was a perfect harmony of delicacy, flavor, and artistry. Truly a celebration for the senses. Helmed by the brilliant Chef Fei (2 Michelin ), a master of Cantonese and Teochew cuisine, Cherry Garden showcases why his culinary reputation is world-class. Each plate arrived like a jewel box of tastes unfolding , but if I had to single out one highlight, it would be the exquisite fish porridge. Prepared live before us by Chef de Cuisine, Steven Luo, the experience was exquisite as he explained how the fish is expertly deboned, the broth slowly enriched, and finally tasting the velvety, soul-warming porridge. Absolute perfection. Though the dinner is on the pricier side, every bite proved it was worth every penny. A true 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ dining experience —from the flavors to the presentation, right down to the sip of tea, wine and desserts and snacks The service was flawless, staff trained directly under Chef Fei’s Guangzhou team guided us through each dish with care and precision, making us feel pampered throughout the evening. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ About Chef Fei * Born and raised in Chaoshan, Guangdong, he began cooking at 16 and became an Executive Chef at just 20. * His Guangzhou flagship, Jiang by Chef Fei has held Two Michelin Stars for six consecutive years and is honored with Black Pearl One Diamond recognition since 2018. * His culinary philosophy: seasonality, freshness, premium ingredients, layered flavors, and artistic presentation where tradition meets innovation. An evening to remember … full of flavor, finesse and festive joy! #gracelyystories #foodie

We had the great fortune of visiting Cherry Garden by Chef Fei. Set within the architecturally and visually interesting interior of the Oriental Mandarin, Cherry Garden is a stunning gem of a Chinese restaurant. We were greeted by an aesthetically pleasing interior which speaks of oriental opulence. The food was delicate to the palate and visually attractive. Each dish is crafted exquisitely and the tastes meld together in rich bursts of flavours. For example, the cubed vegetable-based appetiser with a tasty burst of spiciness and the marinated jellyfish head with caviar appetiser were filled with tasty flavours. Their signature crispy fried chicken with flaxseed is delightfully tasty and richly flavoured. The truffle oil, foie gras fried rice is rich and enjoyable. Most importantly, Ricky, the director made all the difference for our dining experience. Ricky’s warmth and hospitality made us feel valued and welcomed. He took pains to explain each dish and while he gave suggestions, he gave us space to consider and make our own decisions. I felt his deep sincerity and personal touch when he could remember fine details of our needs, such as the need for less salt and oil, and gave helpful advice when we were considering each dish. Ricky’s personal touch brought homeliness and humaneness to an otherwise professionally run restaurant. I also appreciate Edmond, who has an encyclopaedial knowledge of each dish and the ingredients, and Sakura. Both served us with great courtesy and deep attention. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our time at Cherry Garden; but it is the personal touch provided by Ricky and his team that made a big difference in the dining experience.

Birthday 2-person dinner in a pleasant and quiet environment, after the restaurant had been closed for renovation. We had crispy fish skin with salted egg yolk (freshly made and warm), braised eggplant, and braised grouper with plum sauce Teochew style, paired with a few glasses of Albariño. All served at the right cooking point and in the proper amount. Pleasant service, with special thanks to the sommelier, David Lee, who introduced us to the Ratafia Champenois fortified dessert wine. Will come back again!

Very good cooking. From snacks to the mains, all on point. The memorables were the crispy chicken, Crucian Carp congee and the crispy sweet and sour pork. Dessert could be better, especially the tremella water chestnuts. The pastry were good too. Wine by the glass from Puchang Vineyeard was interesting and the Somm would enthusiastically explain. Service was attentive too. Ambience was cosy.
